Pet policy:
There is a $100 pet deposit + $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Rent for our furry friends is $15 per month for each pet. A weight limit of 65 pounds is observed and any mix of Chow Chow, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Bullmastiff or Presa Canario is prohibited.

Parking Details

Parking Comment: Covered parking assignments are offered for $25 a month. Off-street parking spaces are also available.
